Birmingham is also known for it's shopping, and was voted the
third best city to shop back in 2004. There are in excess of five
hundred jewelry shops in the city, and the Jewelry Quarter is well
worth a visit if want to buy some jewelry.
Universities: There are a three Universities in Birmingham, these
are Birmingham city University, Aston University and the Birmingham
college of food. There is also Newman college ( a University college).
